• Assist in the legal research for registration of representative office and regional office in order to investigate business opportunities.

Tax

• Provide legal services for the client in relation to the Baht 140 million sale of business to a major investment fund (medical industry).
• Assist the client (Food industry) in the tax planning for transfer business and shares with selling value of Baht 19 million.

Litigation

• Assist and provide legal services for the client in relation to web design and development on Thai SEC complaint processes.
