• Represent an individual client on lands such as lease agreement, proceed to register usufruct rights to the company, and treasury E-Auction.

• Represent a reputable Thai alcohol beverages manufacturer and distributor regarding countless cases regarding the sale and advertising of alcohol beverages under the Alcohol Beverages Control Act B.E. 2551.
• Represent The Consortium regarding THAI’s business reorganization petition and appointed the planners.

Administrative Litigation

• Advice and represent a Thai alcoholic industry in a litigation case in the Administrative Court regarding the revocation of the notification regarding the sale of the alcoholic beverages on online channel.

Tax Disputes & Litigation

• Represent a client in a tax case regarding the House and Land Tax assessment over the solar panels in a solar farm located in the northern part of Thailand.
• Represent a client to submit an appeal on the customs assessment cases regarding the importation of skin care products and proceeding in the court regarding the same.
